When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times vary from 5 to 20 working days (Excluding weekends and public holidays.)

(You have to count the order taking from the supplier as well as the manufacturing time and finally the shipment.)

Is there a charge for delivery?

No. We offer delivery on every product.

I haven't received my order, is that normal?

Sometimes delivery times are disrupted due to the following:

-Customs control

Problem with the means of transport used

This can result in 1-2 week delays (however this happens more rarely than often)

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order?

If the order has already been sent, you will have to wait to receive the order and send it back to us in order to receive your refund

Do you ship internationally or only in France?

Of course, and our shipments abroad remain free.
