When will my order be delivered?
We have different delivery times for Europe:
6-10 days, 8-15 days or more rare cases 10-18 days.
For international, it varies between 5-20 days, depending on the country.
(It is necessary to count the order taking to the supplier as well as the manufacturing time and finally the shipment.)
Is delivery chargeable?
No. We offer delivery on every product.
I have not received my order, is this normal?
Sometimes delivery times are disrupted due to the following:
Problem with the means of transport used
This can result in delays of 1-2 weeks (however this happens more rarely than often)

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order?
If the order has not been sent. Please complete the contact form by clicking on the Pages tab at the top of the homepage.
If the order has already been sent, you will have to wait to receive the order and send it back to us in order to receive your refund
(Please wait 2-5 days depending on the banks for it to be visible)
Can I track my package?
Of course. We will email you a tracking number. All you have to do is enter your tracking number by clicking at the bottom of the home page on ''track your packages'' in the customer service section.
Do you deliver internationally or only in France?
Of course, and our shipments abroad remain free.
Is it possible to pay in several installments?
If you are eligible, payment by PayPal in 4 installments free of charge from 30 euros.
