It is possible to cancel the order if the product has not been sent by our agency

If the product has not yet been sent, the refund will be immediate.


You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return postage if the return is the result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or faulty item, etc.).

The refund will be instantaneous if the purchase has been paid for by paypal.

Sale or promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
